Dulce Hernandez & Matthew Metta
Dulce Hernandez and Matthew Metta share a deep commitment to improving their community and creating job opportunities, which is why they founded this company.
Dulce has a background in human services and is currently attending Klamath Community College full-time, working toward a degree in Criminal Justice. She has earned a spot on the Dean’s List or Honor Roll every term. Her passion for beautifying her community and supporting local job growth is a driving force behind the company’s mission.
Matthew graduated from KCC last summer with honors, earning a degree in Addiction Studies. With over 15 years of experience in landscaping, lawn care, and tree work—along with five years in snow removal—he saw an opportunity to make a greater impact by combining his skills with his passion for helping others through employment opportunities.
Travis Wise
Travis Wise, our project manager, prefers to work behind the scenes rather than in front of the camera. With 20 years of experience in snow removal and mechanical work, he specializes in building custom 4x4 trucks and ensuring our operations run 24/7 during snow removal season. His ability to repair anything keeps our team moving, no matter the conditions.
Christopher Bounds
Christopher "Chris" Bounds leads the lawn care division. Originally from Mississippi, Chris has a decade of experience in lawn care and snow removal. Whether it’s mowing a pristine lawn or tackling overgrown fields with a brush hog, he gets the job done with precision and efficiency.
